Order Processing
We get your order moving fast. Orders are processed and ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 are charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Express options are available at checkout if you'd like your Ulteemate sooner.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States and Canada after your order ships. Express shipments arrive sooner — the estimate is shown at checkout.

Where We Ship
We currently ship across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Autralia. For cross-border orders, any customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or shows up damaged, email us at admin@ulteemate.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
