How Refunds Are Processed Once approved, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items If your Ulteemate arrives damaged or defective, email admin@ulteemate.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
